Program                Mr. Tore Mydske, Counselor for Economic and Financial

                             Affairs, Norwegian Embassy. Mr. Mydske will give an overview

                             of why the Norwegian Government has established the

                             Petroleum Fund and how the Fund is organized. With assets of

                             roughly $200 Billion, the Fund is one of the largest of its kind.
