Arne Selbyg is the Director for
Colleges and Universities in the
Evangelical
Lutheran Church in America. He earned a degree in
Economics
from the University of Oslo in 1965 and a Ph.D. in
Sociology
from the University of Chicago in 1975. He has been on
the
faculty of University of N. Dakota and Dean
of College and
Professor
of Sociology at Augustana College, Rock Island, IL.
Dr.
Selbyg will discuss the cost of attending American Universities
and
who will be paying for it.
